My key to success is: always seeing the glass half full. Even if a situation seems dire, you can always find a silver lining, and when you do, you can also find a solution.
I am most thankful for: a family that raised me to be grateful for all that you have and to work diligently for the things that you don’t.
One day I hope to: Visit all 50 states!
Marie joined Warshaw Di Carlo & Poncia in the spring of her second year at Suffolk University Law School and has since become an integral part of the team, assisting clients through every stage of residential real estate conveyancing.
After relocating to Boston in 2018, Marie began her legal career focusing on zoning and municipal law, gaining valuable experience that would complement her education and legal practice throughout law school. At Suffolk University Law School, she took on leadership roles as the Lead Articles Manager for the Journal of High Technology Law, Director of Social Affairs for the Student Bar Association, and Events Coordinator for the Women’s Law Association. These roles sharpened her organizational skills and passion for community-building, qualities she brings to her legal practice today.
Marie represents buyers, sellers, and lenders in a wide variety of residential real estate transactions. Her expertise spans negotiating Purchase & Sale Agreements, reviewing title examinations, and drafting Condominium Documents. Marie’s commitment to her clients extends beyond legal transactions; she builds lasting relationships by providing personalized, responsive service at every step of the process.
In addition to her legal work, Marie is an active member of the Real Estate Bar Association and the Chair of Strategic Communications Committee.
Outside of her professional life, she enjoys teaching yoga, spending time with her family—especially her nieces and nephews—and exploring new local restaurants, which she features on her TikTok food account.
