My keys to success are listening to a client’s goals and putting in the work to ensure they are fully achieved effectively and efficiently.
I truly believe Boston is the greatest City in the world. The small town feeling, the history, and the blue collar attitude of its residents all make it a special place.
Professional Accomplishment I am proud of: Being asked to serve as co-chair of the Real Estate Bar Association's Residential Conveyancing Committee. This allows me to have a leadership role in our industry and help better educate and inform my co-practicioners in this very important area of law.
Dominic (“Dom”) is the senior real estate Conveyancing Attorney at the law firm working with both clients and lenders to complete the financing and purchase and sales of homes, condominiums and commercial properties. His practice further includes representing both buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, and real estate litigation.
Dom is from Dedham, Massachusetts and is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire. Dominic has always had a passion for real estate. While attending the University of New Hampshire, he interned at the Hillsborough County (NH) Superior Court; then began his real estate law career interning for a solo practitioner in Dedham. As a second year law student he transitioned to Warshaw, Di Carlo as a law clerk training in all aspects of real estate and litigation.
The son of a successful Boston contractor, Dominic developed a strong work ethic working construction under his father’s tutelage and scrutiny, and driving a snow plow in the late nights and early mornings of some of New England’s most impressive snow storms. These experiences taught him the true meaning of hard work, the value of family, and the personal satisfaction of achieving a client’s goal.
Dom is an extremely avid Boston sports fan, especially the Patriots and Bruins, and enjoys playing basketball and tennis. In his off hours, Dom can often be found at an open billiards table. Dom is a member of the Knights of Columbus.
