My keys to success are always sticking to “The Four”: create a plan, stay organized, keep motivated, and always have the goal insight. Even if you do not achieve the result, the personal growth that you will experience is invaluable.
I am most thankful for having a support system that always believed in me and pushed me to pursue my dreams.
One day wishes to own a farm of Golden Retrievers. I already have four, so I am almost there!
Christopher concentrates his practice in the area of real estate law, primarily representing individuals, lenders, and corporations in all aspects of the conveyancing and real estate financing process. His practice further includes representing condominium associations, landlords and tenants, and real estate litigation.
Christopher is from Queensbury, New York and completed his undergraduate education at Nazareth College in Rochester, receiving a degree in biochemistry. While attending Suffolk University Law School, Christopher found a passion for property law during his first year of law school. This led him to Warshaw, Di Carlo during his second year, where he started as a law clerk training in all aspects of real estate law and litigation.
Being the grandson of a judge, Christopher learned from a young age what hard work and determination can bring to the table. From his upbringing as a successful orchestral musician where he played the bassoon to the hours of research performed studying the intermolecular interactions of gastrointestinal diseases, Christopher’s work ethic has directly translated over into his study and practice of the law and is shown in his desire to accomplish his client’s goals.
Outside of the office, Christopher can often be found strolling the streets of Beacon Hill, the neighborhood he is grateful to call home alongside his fiancé, Dylan, and their cat, Fitzgerald.
