Work smarter not harder
April joined our firm in August 2024 as our in-house paralegal. She brings with her an extensive background in the real estate industry, having worked across a wide range of sectors. Her experience spans from small boutique real estate offices to major firms such as Coldwell Banker, William Raveis Real Estate, and Berkshire Hathaway. Additionally, April has spent many years working in real estate law firms, handling both commercial and residential real estate matters.
In her community, April has demonstrated strong leadership and dedication. While living in Hanover, MA, she served on the Park and Recreation Committee for over 10 years, including several years as Chairperson. During her tenure, she and fellow committee members took on the role of General Contractor for the Forge Pond Park project, successfully completing it on time and under budget. She also established a 501(c)(3) organization for the Hanover Park and Recreation Department, helping to raise funds to support local programs.
A native of the South Shore, April continues to reside there with her husband, son, parents (who live in the in-law apartment), as well as their two goats and six chickens.
In her spare time, April enjoys DIY home projects, golfing, spending time with family and friends, and reading.
