Good news for both Patriot fans and Boston area real estate sellers: market analysis suggests that the performance of the Boston real estate market seems to be directly tied to the Patriot’s record. This year’s Super Bowl appearance likely means a strong Seller’s market this Spring!

According to real estate agent and market analyst David Bates, who has tracked both the Patriot’s success against the housing market data (see details here), 2017 is poised to be a banner year for Boston sales. In fact, 2017 could be the year of the condo tower: from One Dalton to Bulfinch Crossing, the development corridor on Harrison Ave and potentially Winthrop Square, the Hub’s Spring market could be just as exciting as the Patriot’s season.

So, as this Sunday’s game approaches and brings with it potential boom of the Spring housing market, remember your friendly real estate attorneys here at Warshaw, DiCarlo & Associates.  We’re here to help with representation of both buyers and sellers, condominium conversions, closings, and even advising international clients as to real estate investing.  Go Pats!
