We are so proud of partner Noel Di Carlo for being chosen as one of Boston Common Magazine's Most Dynamic Women!! We tend to agree, BRAVA!  Check out the article below:

Meet Noel M. Di Carlo, a Massachusetts Super Lawyer who Boston Magazine additionally recognized as a Top Lawyer for Real Estate. A Dynamic Woman herself defines the term as one who possesses “strength of character, resilience in adversity, authenticity, empathy and courage in action.” The COVID-19 pandemic marked a pivotal moment in Di Carlo’s career. Faced with an industry on the brink of collapse, this Dynamic Woman sprung into action and, alongside a small working group, helped draft and advocate for emergency legislation that kept the industry safe while allowing closings to continue. Her work didn’t stop there: she worked tirelessly to make that temporary legislation permanent. On March 29, 2023, Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey signed the Remote Online Notarization Bill into law, revolutionizing the real estate industry.

Female figures like Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Madeline Albright and Maya Angelou inspired Di Carlo to push forward. Ginsburg’s commitment to justice and gender equality, Albright’s dedication to diplomacy and human rights and Angelou’s wisdom and resilience continue to shape Di Carlo’s professional pursuits.

In addition to her legal practice, this Dynamic Woman is a leader in the Real Estate Bar Association and also passionately mentors young women throughout their careers, offering guidance, support and networking opportunities. Di Carlo advises emerging female leaders, “Stay curious and willing to evolve, remaining open-minded to other perspectives. Keep supporting your community and fostering your spiritual life as much as you do your personal and professional life.”

Balancing a successful legal career with a fulfilling personal life, Di Carlo is a devoted mother of two and married her high-school sweetheart. Her  parents, who immigrated from Italy, are her role models. Their hard work and sacrifices afforded her and her sister exceptional education opportunities, including attending Wellesley College. Fluent in Italian and Spanish, this Dynamic Woman cherishes traveling internationally, particularly visiting her family in Abruzzo along the shores of the Adriatic.
