Attorney Noel Di Carlo was a feature speaker at the Spring Conference of the Real Estate Bar Association on the Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code and considerations in conveying real estate out of probate.
The lecture was well attended and a lively debate was sparked when discussing deeds of distribution. Noel spoke alongside Attorneys Jennifer Maggiacomo and Evelyn Patsos who work in the State's probate Courts and helped codify the MUPC.
