Attorney Noel Di Carlo spoke at the Real Estate Bar Association's annual fall conference in front of a packed house of fellow practitioners about traps for the unwary in title review.  Noel spoke about title issues relating to trusts including what happens when a trustee dies or is no longer able to serve, what happens if there is no successor trustee named, how to properly choose and draft an appropriate trustee certificate, how to spot self dealing in a chain of title and how to remedy it and many other interesting (only to attorneys) topics!  Carefully reviewing and understanding the complexities of titles is an essential service that real estate attorneys provide their buyer clients.  We take care today to carefully review and repair your title so that you don't have a problem tomorrow!
