Attorney Noel DiCarlo was a speaker at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education’s (MCLE) annual Real Estate Conference. She spoke alongside Attorney Mackenzie Hager on the intersection between conveyancing and estate planning and what estate planners often get wrong in dealing with their client’s real estate assets.

Sometimes estate planners, with the best of intentions, cause issues to the title of their client’s property. Noel was delighted to go through the seven most common areas that estate planners often make missteps to help further educate the community and protect clients.
