No document is more critical than a health care proxy. It’s so important that we won’t let you leave our office without one.

Don’t leave your healthcare decisions to chance.

A Healthcare Proxy gives legal authority to a trusted friend or family member to make important medical decisions on your behalf if you are physically unable to do so; and, it provides instructions that you create in the event of a life crisis decision.

What happens if you can’t make critical medical decisions for yourself?

Without a healthcare proxy doctors are mandated to consult the courts for major decisions that affect your life, your health and your well-being if you are no longer able to express your wishes

With our help, we will detail what your healthcare agent is required to do in a number of situations, and give your healthcare decision maker the legal power to make those decisions for you. We’ll include specific directions to your doctors and your healthcare agent as to what needs to be done in the event of a worst case “pull the plug” scenario.

I have had the good fortune to be a client of Warshaw, Di Carlo in the capacity of buyer and seller. In both cases, I have purchased two homes and sold one with their help, I was assisted from the very start until the last document was signed of the process with excellence.
